Application Process for Charitable Organizations
The Mayer Foundation makes grants to other IRS 501(C)3 organizations for educational, literary, cultural, humanitarian, scientific, health-care-related, and other charitable purposes.
Apply for assistance
Complete our online application to request funding for your 501(c)(3) organization. Please describe the charitable purpose of your request, explain how the funds will be used, and upload the required supporting documents.
Before You Begin
Please have the following information and documents ready:

Organization’s legal name, EIN, and contact information

IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, if available

Description of the project or charitable purpose, amount requested, and intended use of funds

Project budget

Most recent annual financial statement or operating budget

Information about other funding secured or pending
A Google account is required to upload documents. The application should be completed by someone authorized to represent the organization.
